STUDIO POLICIES:
You are unable to continue with a permanent makeup or camouflage procedure if any of the following apply:

- Pregnant.
- Breastfeeding.
- Are sunburnt.
- Eczema on the area of procedure.
- On Accutane within the last year.
- Botox – please wait until 1 month after you botox appt to book your appointment.
- Have Epilepsy.
- Undergoing chemotherapy (Please advise a doctor before going through the procedure.)
- Diabetic (Please advise a doctor before going through the procedure, Please provide a doctor’s note.)
- HIV.
- Hepatitis/Jaundice.
** The deposit will be returned if you show up to the appointment with anything listed above or without a doctor’s note **
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Please be advised that all deposits made are non-refundable, in the event of a cancellation of your appointment the deposit will be forfeited.
To reschedule your appointment, you may transfer your deposit only once, as long as it’s done 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cannot make it to your rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be charged and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL:
At Belle Ame Ink, we take pride in providing a safe and clean environment to all of our clients; we take everyone’s health very seriously and due to dealing with dangerous blood borne pathogens on a daily basis all of our artist are certified in disease and contamination control.
Our studio only uses high-end single use needles and medical equipment (gauze, gloves, etc.) which are disposed of safely after every session. We follow a very strict cleaning routine and thoroughly disinfect all of the studios surfaces and equipment that cannot be disposed of after each and every appointment.
To help limit possible COVID-19 spread we have gone paperless with our consent forms ultimately leaving a more positive impact on the environment.
- Due to COVID-19 a mask is required to be worn by everyone in the studio at all times. Please come wearing a mask, if you do not have one available one will be provided if on hand for a small fee.
- Everyone’s temperature will be taken at the door – anybody with a temperature of 38 or higher will be asked to reschedule and return home to self quarantine for 14 days.
- Rescheduling is not negotiable as a lot of my clients have compromised immune systems. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date, if you decline to reschedule your appointment will be cancelled altogether and your deposit will be forfeited.
- Day of your appointment please arrive alone, if you do not your guest will be asked to leave and wait elsewhere. Text or call us to let us know that you have arrived and wait in your car or outside until we bring you inside for your appointment.
- Please come with minimal belongings if possible – no jacket/large purses/backpacks. If you come with belongings, please put them in the designated bin.
- All clients will be required to disinfect their hands with sanitizer that is provided upon entering the studio.
Please contact us to reschedule your appointment if you have traveled into or out of Canada in the last 14 days, are feeling unwell, have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for covid-19 in the past 14 days, If you are waiting for covid-19 test results or you have recently have received positive test results for the coronavirus.
