PERMANENT EYELINER
Much like other tattoos, semi-permanent eyeliner procedure involves placing pigment beneath the first layer of the skin. The ink is not injected as deep, rather the process is quite delicate when it comes to eyeliner tattoos than it does with other tattoo procedures. Here at Belle Ame Ink we take your safety very seriously, our professionals carry out each procedure artistically with great care while maintaining sterile and hygienic conditions.
A permanent eyeliner treatment typically lasts for 2 to 4 years. It is also an ideal alternative for people with conditions like Alopecia & Trichotillomania.

- Bottom Eyeliner$300A delicate bottom liner that adds depth to the eyes.
- Eyelash Enhancement$400Top eyeliner that is hidden behind the lashes and does not extend into a wing. Adds density to the lash line.
- Classic Top Eyeliner$500A top eyeliner that extends into a wing.
- Smokey Top Eyeliner$600A classic top liner that’s fades up into the eyelid
Eyelash Enhancement
Pigment is placed between the lashes and above the lash line giving you the equivalent of a dark lash line that is relatively unnoticeable and perfect for everyday activities.
Classic Eyeliner
Pigment is placed between the lashes and above the lash line and is extended into a small wing mimicking that of a liquid eyeliner look. The result is a thicker eyeliner that elongates the eyes and is perfect for daily activities or a night out with friends.
Smokey Eyeliner
Pigment is placed across the lash line and extended out into a faded wing. Our technician will blend the wing upwards, fading the wing into the eyelid resulting in a shadowed or smoked out eyeliner. Also known as stardust eyeliner.
What to expect
Consultation
Our Vancouver permanent eyeliner treatment will start off with a quick consultation session in order to discuss and tailor your style & colour preferences. This enables us to provide a more personalized service that results in higher customer satisfaction.
Procedure
The procedure starts with mapping each of your eyelids using a pre-lining pen. A topical anesthetic is applied after setting the new outline. It takes 20 minutes for the numbing agent to take action which is then removed, followed by the deposition of ink into your skin carefully with the help of a permanent makeup machine.
Once the procedure is completed, you are provided with aftercare products and detailed instructions for a proper follow up. Please follow the instructions as directed.
Touch Ups

- Complimentary touch ups are conducted 6 weeks after the initial appointment.
- Free touch ups must be redeemed within 6 months following the initial appointment or each touch up session will have a $100 service charge.
- Colour boosts after 2 years will be 50% off of the original price.
- Colour boosts after 3 years will be charged with the full price.
